Specifications/Scope of Work The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from vendors to rent a turf sweeper to vacuum light debris on soccer fields, specifically small carton pieces (the fall down debris from the fireworks shells. Pictures included of typical debris.) at Earl E. Borden Park, 1300 E. Hamlin, Rochester Hills, 48307. The City is also interested in cost to have the clean up service provided by the vendor. The area to be cleaned is approximately 32 acres and will vary depending on weather and wind conditions the night before cleanup. Estimated time for clean up is 15 – 20 hours.
