Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is requesting proposals for a trailer mounted chipper. This equipment will be utilized by the Forestry Division for maintaining the City’s trees.

The scope of this RFP is to evaluate which equipment best meets the needs of the Department of Parks and Forestry based on functionality of equipment. Within the RFP the proposer should describe their equipment and how it will provide the department a solution to their needs. Proposers are asked to include references using similar equipment within the state along with the contact name of their representative. The proposal must include all fees associated with the shipping, transportation, delivery (FOB City of Rochester Hills), setup, hardware and component parts, and training costs.
