The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from qualified firms for the one-time purchase of screen printed Sweatshirts for the City of Rochester Hills Department of Public Services.
Unit prices are requested, FOB Destination, City of Rochester Hills Maintenance Facility, 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307.

Only those persons designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their bid proposals. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their bid proposals from all other persons are to be directed to those City employees designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made on or before Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at 12:00 noon (local time), in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the bids are opened. Inquires received after that date will not be considered.
Background The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for the one-time purchase of screen printed sweatshirts for Department of Public Services. There are approximately fifty (50) employees who will be purchasing these sweatshirts. Each employee will have their choice of any two (2) sweatshirts from the resultant agreement, with an expected total quantity of one-hundred (100) sweatshirts to be purchased. Shipping charges must be included in your quoted unit prices for the sweatshirts. The City will not accept quote responses that require a minimum order.
