Dated August 11, 2014: The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for the City’s SCADA system. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 or submitted online through the MITN website until 3:30 p.m. local time, on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2014 at which time and place proposer’s names will be publicly read aloud. Faxed and Late proposals will not be accepted. Overview The City of Rochester Hills wishes to obtain proposals from qualified firms for the preventative maintenance, repair services and total support of the City’s water and wastewater SCADA system. The successful proposer will also install any new stations/equipment during the terms of the contract. The City is seeking the services of firms with demonstrated experience in technical support and management of the functionality of the SCADA system.
