Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills, Department of Public Service, 511 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307. All prices quoted must be firm for both years.

Specifications/Scope of Work This quote shall provide for the purchase of all types of Alternators and Starters and rebuilding services for the City of Rochester Hills Fleet Services Division. The contractor shall rebuild, or exchange, if required, automotive, heavy-duty truck, van, and off road equipment alternators and starters. If the vendor’s location is greater than fifteen (15) miles from the DPS Garage located at 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI the vendor is required to provide pickup and delivery to the garage. The successful bidder agrees to accept the return of all unused and undamaged items purchased through this agreement at 100% of the contract price. A restocking charge or service fee will NOT be charged to the City for this service. The successful chosen bidder must be able to provide rebuilding services.
