The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified professional contractors to install new conduit and wire between the Spencer Park Beach House and Boat House. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and mail or fax back no later than the due date of December 7, 2010 @ 5:00 p.m. All quotations should be directed to the attention of: Marilyn Paulsen-Tomaszewski, CPPB, Purchasing Analyst, Phone: 248.841.2539; paulsenm@rochesterhills.org Fax 248.608.8178, City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309. Only the person designated above is authorized to seek additional information from prospective firms regarding their Quote. Correspondence or inquires made directly to firms regarding their Quote from other persons are to be directed to the employee designated above for appropriate review and response. A Mandatory Walk-Through will be held on December 2, 2010 @ 10:00 a.m. at Spencer Park 3701 John R Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48307 to become familiar with the premises specified and the work to be performed according to the specifications; the deadline for questions will be at the conclusion of the Mandatory Walk-Through. ATTENDANCE AT THE WALK-THROUGH IS MANDATORY IN ORDER TO SUBMIT A QUOTATION. Contractors not in attendance at the Walk-Through will NOT be eligible to submit a quotation on this project. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to determine and provide all materials required and incorporate any such items in her/her cost.
