Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting bids for construction of ADA accessible boat livery, concrete walkway and pads at Thelma G. Spencer Park. The project includes minor excavation, concrete walks and concrete picnic pads, freestanding deck/dock components and floating plastic piers/dock components, wood and metal railings and accessories and lawn restoration. The City of Rochester Hills seeks the services of a qualified contractor experienced in the installation of floating dock assembly and other project components to perform the construction services needed to complete this project in a professional, cost effective and timely manner. The contractor will be responsible for the hiring of all sub-trade contractors, the coordination of their work and the outcome of the project. The City anticipates the start of the project on, September 4, 2006, with completion of the project on October 16, 2006.
A walk-through has been scheduled for MONDAY, MAY 1, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. beginning at the Beach House Building at Thelma G. Spencer Park, 3701 John R Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan.
