Date: July 27, 2017. Sealed proposals for SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDED YARD SERVICES PROGRAM – 2017-2018 WINTER SEASON for qualified residents 62 years of age and older and handicapped residents will be received by the City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 or through the MITN website until 3:00 P.M. Local time, THURSDAY, AUGUST 24, 2017, at which time and place said proposers names will be publicly read aloud. Proposals received after 3:00 p.m. are considered late and will not be accepted. Such proposals shall be rejected and returned unopened to the proposer.
The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes bid/proposal documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of proposal documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at www.rochesterhills.org, select Business, Purchasing/Bids, Quick Links and Vendor Registration to link to the MITN website. Final proposal results will be posted on the MITN website after award.
