Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to perform Snow Removal Services for the 2016-2017 Winter Season, including plowing and salting for parking lots, drive areas, sidewalks and steps; the City reserves the right to exercise renewals for two (2) additional one year Winter Season options, 2017-2018 Winter Season and the 2018-2019 Winter Season. The City reserves the right to split or abstract any or all proposals and award multiple contracts. The City reserves the right to postpone the due date for its own convenience. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 or submitted online through the MITN website until EXACTLY 3:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, May 5, 2016, at which time and place proposers’ names will be publicly read aloud. Late submittals will not be accepted. Faxed proposals will not be accepted.
