Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills wishes to establish a blanket purchase order with one or more qualified firms to provide miscellaneous small engine repair parts, supplies and repair services. The parts and supplies will be purchased on an as needed basis. The City is interested in entering into a contract for one (1) year with two one (1) year options to renew. All prices quoted must be firm for the period of the blanket order. Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills, Department of Public Service, 511 E. Inquiries received after that date will not be considered. Scope of Work: The City is seeking price quotes for parts and supplies for the City’s various smaller equipment needs. Below is a partial listing of some of the equipment brands currently used by the City: • Stihl • Shindaiwa • John Deere • Echo • Champion • Ferris Parts are needed for various types of equipment, including but not limited to, weed whips, chain saws, cut-off saws and lawn mowers. This equipment is being utilized by various City departments including, but not limited to, Parks and Forestry, Department of Public Service, Fire Department and Facilities.
