Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for a two-year blanket purchase order for Shredded Screened Top soil. All prices submitted must be firm for a period of (24) twenty-four months.

Specifications: The material must be shredded, screened topsoil. All top soil must be delivered to the City of Rochester Hills DPS Maintenance yard located at 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan and to the Parks Maintenance Building located at 1300 East Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan.
