Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide all labor, materials, equipment and the means of work to complete Roofing Services and Maintenance on an as needed basis at various City buildings for a period of one (1) year; the City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for two additional 1-year periods. Services to include roof replacement, maintenance and repair. The roofs will be of various types, including but not limited to: built-up, membrane, asphalt and wood. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, on April 4, 2007, until 3:00 p.m. local time, at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud.
