Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations for Replacement Headstones Old Monuments for use at the three (3) City owned cemeteries on an as needed basis - Van Hoosen Jones Stoney Creek Cemetery, 570 E. Tienken, Rochester, Michigan 48306; Brewster Cemetery on Brewster Road, Rochester Hills; and/or the Old Stoney Creek Cemetery, on Letica Road, Rochester, Michigan, for a 1-year period. The City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for two (2) additional 1-year periods. The stones are replacements for old monuments that have been damaged beyond repair (generally due to age of original material and, on rare occasions, due to vandalism). Copies of quotation documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain quotation documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. Final quotation results will be posted on the MITN website after award.
