SFQ-RH-08-036 - Replace Windows at Fire Station #4

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified and experienced firms to provide all materials, labor, necessary insurance, equipment, expertise, trades and permits to replace seven (7) windows; consisting of four (4) casement or double hung windows and three (3) fixed pane windows; at the City of Rochester Hills Fire Station #4 located at 2723 Walton, Rochester Hills, Michigan. Contractor shall take into account the sensitive location and conduct the work in such a manner as to ensure the least obstruction to emergency response vehicles and staff. Because the Fire Station is a secure facility, contractors are required to report in and provide identification when entering the building. Care must be taken to keep Fire Department ingress and egress unobstructed for emergency response vehicles. Contractor must not block driveways and parking areas. A Mandatory Walk-Through will be held on May 13, 2008 @ 10:00 a.m. at Fire Station #4, 2723 Walton, Rochester Hills, Michigan.
