The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from qualified and experienced firms to diagnose and repair the City’s Heavy Duty Truck Scale Scoreboard and Traffic Light located at the DPS Maintenance Facility location. Pricing is requested, City of Rochester Hills, 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and fax back no later than the due date of: Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. E.S.T. A voluntary site visit will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at the City of Rochester Hills Department of Public Service Maintenance Facility (at the truck scale location – northwest side of the property), located at 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan (north off of Auburn Road, east of Rochester Road) for contractors to familiarize themselves with the conditions of the site and equipment. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to determine and provide all materials required and incorporate all such items in their cost proposal. In 2008, the City had the scoreboard and traffic light installed as part of their new building construction project. Since installation, both the scoreboard and traffic light have never properly functioned/operated and have been out of service for the past few years. It is the objective of this solicitation for the City to contract with a firm to provide a complete and comprehensive solution to repair the scoreboard and traffic light.
