Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills wishes to establish a three-year blanket purchase order with a vendor to provide portable toilets for usage by the City’s Parks Department. At least four (4) ADA/Handicapped units will be needed for about seven (7) months (April-November). Additional quantities given below are only estimates and may change within each year. Additional units may be required for other special events not listed below (excluding Festival of the Hills) throughout the year in any of the City Park locations (see below for park names and locations). Pricing must be firm for the term of the blanket. Refer to the specifications portion of this document for City requirements.
