Specifications/Scope of Work The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from vendors for the rental of Changeable Message Boards to be displayed around designated locations within the City of Rochester Hills. The message boards are being used to alert drivers in high population deer areas to be aware that there may be deer in the area and to use caution when driving. The City’s intent is to rent four (4) signs from October 10, 2016 through November 21, 2016. The vendor will be required to setup the signs at locations designated by the City.
