RFP-RH-10-073 - Re-Roofing at Fire Station #1

Summary of Specifications:
This program is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The City is using ARRA grant funding for this project. All contractor(s) and subcontractor(s) on this project must comply with all of the requirements of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). Contractor will furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, etc. necessary for the delivery and installation of roofing materials at Fire Station #1. Contractor shall remove existing materials, as applicable. The appropriate materials and methods must be used to install the appropriate materials. The Contractor shall be employed in the roofing field with roofing systems similar to the existing used by the City. The contractor will have the ability and be required to install the products in the City facility specified in this solicitation that requires the expertise of a qualified and experienced contractor. All necessary permits required by the Rochester Hills Building Department are the responsibility of the selected contractor. Please log in to MITN for complete proposal and response forms.
