RFP-RH-13-006 - RFP for Sound & Lighting Systems & Services for Festival of Hills

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide sound and lighting systems and services for the 2013 Festival of the Hills Fireworks and Entertainment to be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. The City may wish to extend the 2013 contract with an option to renew for the Festival of the Hills planned tentatively for Wednesday, July 2, 2014 and Wednesday, July 1, 2015. The City requests price proposals to provide equipment and the services to deliver, set-up, operate, take-down and removal of equipment from the site on the day of the event. Recommendations for sounds improvements will additionally be accepted and considered.
