Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills wishes to conduct a full and complete Radio Frequency (RF) Propagation Study for the city wide telemetry system that is used as a communication backbone for the water and sewerage supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA). The intent is to determine the probable cost and feasibility of replacing the existing 900 MHz unlicensed radio network with a new 900 MHz licensed radio network.
