RFP-RH-12-055 - RFP for Right of Way Acquisition and Related Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills wishes to engage an experienced professional firm(s) for the purpose of obtaining ROW acquisition and related services including, but not limited to, title services, appraisal services, negotiation, closing services, condemnation support and other required services. The engagement involves ROW acquisition includnig fee simple acquisitions of property for ROW, utility and pathway related requirements. Award may be made to more than one proposer and assignment will be on an as-needed basis. Proposers are advised that the number of tasks or hours per year cannot be forecasted and that no amount of work or compensation is guaranteed for this project.
