RFP-RH-09-016 - RFP for Large Woody Debris Management on the Clinton River

Summary of Specifications:
Solicitation is to provide management actions for future woody debris structures identified by City personnel over the next 3 years. The management actions involve partial or full removal of log and/or debris jams that have formed within the stream and currently impede stream flows and hinder recreational activities. Where feasible, serviceable trees and logs from log jams will be secured to the stream banks, to provide some level of stream bank protection from erosion and provide valuable fish habitat in the form of large woody debris.
