Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills will utilize American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds for the purchase of HVAC equipment for Fire Station #2 and Fire Station #3. The City of Rochester Hills will provide the services for equipment installation. Contractor will be responsible for delivery, crane and refrigerant recovery. This solicitation, equipment, delivery and services shall be in compliance with all ARRA and DOE requirements.
