RFP-RH-12-056 - RFP for Facility Improvements at Fire Station #1

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals to provide interior facility improvements at Fire Station #1. The project includes, but not limited to, products, equipment and services for replacement of toilet partitions and accessories for ADA compliance in men's and women's restrooms, replace toilet partitions and accessories for ADA compliance in men's and women's locker rooms, upgrade shower removing inserts and providing new ceramic tile finishes, plumbing fixtures, lights, curtains and wall mounted bench, replace counter, reuse sinks and faucets, replace drains, mirrors, soap dispenser, electrical receptacles and lighting, lower and replace service counter and security shutter including cabinetry below with open shelving. The City seeks the services of a qualified contractor experienced in the project components to perform required construction services. Contractor will be responsible for hiring all sub-trade contractors, coordination of work and outcome of project.
