Summary of Specifications:
The Rochester Avon Recreation Authority (RARA) is seeking professional and construction services to provide construction management relative to the renovations for the new recreation center. The services shall be Construction Manager 'as Constructor' - Cost of Work Plus Fee with GMP in accordance with the AIA Document A133-2009 with supplemental language. It is the desire of RARA that all components of the project be competitively bid.
