Summary of Specifications:
The Older Persons Commission, City of Rochester Hills, City of Rochester and Charter Township of Oakland are seeking professional and construction services to provide construction management relative to the design and construction of a parking structure at the Older Persons Commission facility located at 650 Letica Drive, Rochester, Michigan 48037. The services shall be Construction Manager 'as Constructor' - Cost of Work Plus Fee with GMP in accordance with the AIA Document A133-2009 with supplemental language. It is the desire of the Older Persons Commission, City of Rochester Hills, City of Rocheser and Charter Township of Oakland that all components of this project be competitively solicited.
