RFP-RH-12-058 - RFP for City Hall Bridge Repair

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals to provide bridge repairs at the Rochester Hills City Hall. The project includes but not limited to products, equipment and services for repairs, demolition, temporary protection for all components of the new and existing building and structure during construction, weatherproof all openings, concrete, masonry, electrical, mechanical, structural steel, temporary shoring, prime and paint steel below new concrete deck. The City of Rochester Hills seeks the services of a qualified contractor experienced in the project components to perform the construction services needed to complete this project in a professional, cost effective and timely manner. The contractor will be responsible for the hiring of all sub-trade contractors, the coordination of their work and the outcome of the project. The City anticipates this project to begin in the Spring, 2013.
