RFP-RH-10-054 - RFP for Appraisal Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills desires to hire 2 Certified General Appraisers to prepare complete summary appraisals in narrative form in accordance with Michigan Dept of Natural Resources & Environment Appraisal Report Standards. The City requires 2 appraisals for one parcel for a property swap as required by a previous Grant Agreement with the Department of Natural Resources. Appraisals shall also be prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice as formulated by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation. Appraisers shall follow accepted prniciples and techniques in evaluation of real property in accordance with State laws.
