RFP-RH-11-016 - RFP Lawn Mowing for Ordinance Compliance-Occupied Properties

Summary of Specifications:
City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals for lawn mowing and related services on an as-needed basis as directed by the Building Department. Lawn mowing and trimming services shall be provided on properties with grass in excess of 8" in height. The contractor shall cut and trim all areas on the property. Obstacles on the lawn, which are easily moveable shall be moved to efficiently mow the entire area. Weeds around house, etc, shall be trimmed. Grass clipping shall stay on the lawn. Driveway and walkways shall remain free of all debris, clippings and property shall be left in neat and orderly condition.
