If a vendor is unable to download the pdf, a CD may be picked up at the City of Rochester Hills, Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309. At the time of award, the selected vendor will be provided with the most recent updated map version on CD.
