Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills wishes to obtain proposals from qualified firms to provide a contract for the preventative maintenance and repair services for the METASYS systems. The City is also seeking the services of a consultant with experience in technical support and management of the functionality of the METASYS system as well as Facilities staff training.
