Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is seeking written quotations to furnish & install one (1) Flatbed Platform Body with tool boxes, trailer hitch and associated equipment on City’s cab/chassis. All equipment & accessories supplied shall be new, completely installed & fully functional. Unit prices are requested, FOB Destination, City of Rochester Hills, City’s DPS garage, 511 East Auburn Rd., Rochester Hills, MI. Successful vendor will be responsible for pickup and delivery of unit from the City’s DPS garage. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and, mail, fax or submit online, no later than the due date of Friday, April 15, 2016 @ 3:00 p.m. All hardcopy (mailed or faxed) quotations shall be directed to the attention of Debbie Scully, CPPB, Senior Purchasing Analyst, Phone: 248.841.2539; Fax 248.608.8178, City of Rochester Hills, Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 or submitted online through the MITN website. All questions shall be made in writing by Friday, April 8, 2016 @ 12:00 noon in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be prepared before the quotations are due. Questions are not to be directed to other City employees. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Only those person(s) designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective firms regarding their quotations. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to firms regarding their quotations from all other person(s) are to be directed to those City employee(s) designated above for appropriate review and response.
