Summary of Specifications:
DATED September 18, 2014: The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from qualified and experienced firms to perform Crack Sealing and Striping services for various City parking lots for a one (1) year term. All handicap areas must be done to meet current ADA Guidelines. The City reserves the right to split or abstract any or all quotations and award multiple contracts for the same quotation, based on price, availability and service when, in its judgment, best serves the City of Rochester Hills; therefore, it is not necessary that you provide pricing for every item. Scope of Work. The City of Rochester Hills has identified parking lots ranging in various sizes that are in need of repair and/or re-striping. These parking lots are used for employee and public parking. The quantities shown are estimates only and the City reserves the right to increase or decrease amounts as circumstances may require. All parking lot work at City Parks or other locations may be restricted to certain hours (i.e. weekdays prior to 5:30 p.m. and may not permit work during weekend hours). Contractor shall be responsible to provide all materials, labor, necessary insurance, equipment and expertise to perform the services.
