Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals from qualified/licensed companies to establish a contract for Pagers and Paging Services for the City of Rochester Hills, City of Farmington Hills, City of Sterling Heights, City of Troy, and Livingston County for a period of one (1) year; the City reserves the right to exercise options for an two (2) additional one-year terms. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 or submitted online through the MITN website until 3:00 p.m. local time, on May 15, 2015, at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud. Faxed submittals and late submittals will not be accepted. No interpretation or clarification of the meaning of any part of this RFP will be made orally to any vendor. Vendors must request such interpretations or clarifications from the Lead Agency. Request for information or clarification of this RFP must be made in writing and addressed to Keri Bright, CPPB at the address, fax, or email address listed on page 1 of the solicitation, with email being the preferred method of communication. Questions should reference the RFP page and section. Questions relative to this solicitation must be submitted to Keri J. Bright, CPPB, Purchasing Analyst, City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309, in writing prior to Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 11:30 a.m.. No negotiations, decision or actions shall be initiated by any firm as a result of any verbal discussion with any individual Cities employee prior to the due date or during the evaluation process. All communications shall be conducted through the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, unless specific written documentation is provided to the vendor.
