Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals from qualified Manufacture Authorized Dealers/Service Providers for a maintenance contract for its Mitel 3300 IP PBX System, Mitel Mail Voice Mail System, PrairieFyre Call Accounting Systems and related assistance in general telephone network issues for a period of one (1) year; all components, excluding desksets and wiring. The City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for two additional 1-year periods. Sealed hardcopy proposals (3-copies) will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 or submitted online through the MITN website until 3:00 p.m. local time, on July 15, 2015, at which time and place proposers’ names will be publicly read aloud. Faxed submittals will not be accepted. Late submittals will not be accepted.
