The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified firms to provide all materials, equipment and labor to prepare and electrostatically repaint lockers ONSITE utilizing electrostatic paint equipment. The Vendor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, supplies, necessary insurance, expertise, trades, supervision; and competent, suitable and qualified personnel to perform the work as required. A Walk-Through opportunity for contractors to visit and measure the worksite will be held on November 22, 2011 @ 9:30 a.m., at Fire Station #1, 1111 Horizon Court, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 for contractors to become familiar with the premises specified; the condition of the work surfaces and adjoining areas; to obtain measurements, provide a forum for questions/answers and the work to be performed according to the contract and specifications. The deadline for questions will be at the conclusion of the Walk-Through. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to determine and provide all materials required and incorporate all such items in their cost proposal. There will be no other opportunity for measurements to be taken.
