Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is accepting sealed proposals from qualified companies for the one time purchase of One (1) Sign Maintenance Truck to be used by the City of Rochester Hills Department of Public Services. Unit prices are requested, FOB Destination, City of Rochester Hills, 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on regular business days unless other arrangements have been made.
Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, until exactly 3:00 P.M. EST, Thursday, October 27, 2016, at which time and place Proposers names will be publicly read aloud.
The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes proposal documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of proposal documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain proposal documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. Final proposal results will be posted on the MITN website after award.
