A brochure with a picture of the message center and specifications must be included with quote response in order for the City to evaluate and reference the message center being quoted. Item must be received by December 29, 2014. The City has a certain budget to work with on this project. After prices are received the City will determine if the unit can be purchased with the funds budgeted.
