Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified companies to produce On Hold Messaging Recordings. The vendor shall provide custom messaging from information supplied by the City and shall also use the City website and other resources to build quarterly eight (8) minute productions for a period of three (3) years; the City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods. The City’s current contract expires on December 31. 2014.
