The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified companies to produce On Hold Messaging Recordings.  The vendor shall provide custom messaging from information supplied by the City and shall also use the City website and other resources to build monthly eight (8) minute productions for a period of three (3) years. 
The City of Rochester Hills is a residential community in Oakland County, Michigan, with a population of approximately 70,000.  The community includes important research, manufacturing and service employers, as well as, education and cultural institutions.  It enjoys an excellent reputation in southeast Michigan for its proactive government and community planning, including ample provision for public parks and open space.
The City of Rochester Hills is organized as a strong Mayor form of government with legislative power vested in a City Council.  The majority of employees are located at the Rochester Hills City Offices, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan.  Others are located at sites throughout the City, including, but not limited to, Department of Public Services Garage, Fire Station #1, Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm and various park locations.  General information regarding the City of Rochester Hills is available at the City’s website www.rochesterhills.org.
If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and mail, email, fax or submit online no later than the due date of: Wednesday, October 25, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.  All hardcopy (mailed, emailed or faxed) quotations should be directed to the attention of: Keri J. Bright, Procurement Analyst, Phone: 248.841.2538; Fax 248.608.8178, email: brightk@rochesterhills.org , City of Rochester Hills, Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI  48309 or submitted online through the MITN website.
Please note if you are submitting quote through the MITN website, the City of Rochester Hills is capable of accepting documents in .docx, .pdf, .jpg, .tif or rtf formats.  Due to security risks associated with some file formats, the following file types are not able to be opened by the City: DOC, DOCM, DOT, XLS, XLSM, XLSB, XLT, PPT, PPTM, RTF. All of these formats can contain malicious code. The City is also not able to open ZIP files at this time. Alternatively you could convert these files to PDF.

Bright, Purchasing Analyst by email: brightk@rochesterhills.org or fax at 248.608.8178 at which time a response will be prepared and forwarded to all vendors as an amendment, or an addendum to the quotation, if such information would be of significance to uninformed proposers.  The deadline for questions is Wednesday, October 17, 2018 by 11:30 a.m. Questions received after the deadline will not be considered.  All questions are to be directed to the attention of Keri Bright in writing. 
The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes quote documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN).  Copies of quote documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies.  Only those vendors who obtain quote documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued.  The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting www.mitn.info to link to the MITN website. Final quotation results will be posted on the MITN website after award.
