Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified companies to provide On-Call Service of Nederman Exhaust Extraction Systems located at five (5) City of Rochester Hills Fire Stations. This contract period is anticipated to be for a basic performance period of one year for on-call services for the specified work described herein. Coverage period for the first year to begin following award and completion of all required paperwork; prices shall remain unchanged for a one year period. The City of Rochester Hills retains the option to extend this contract for two additional one (1) year periods at its sole discretion.
