Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals from qualified companies to establish a contract for On-Call Painting Services at various City owned buildings and/or sites for a one (1) year period. The City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for an additional one (1) year period. The Vendor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, supplies, necessary insurance, expertise, trades, supervision and competent, suitable and qualified personnel to perform the work required. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309, or submitted online through the MITN website until EXACTLY 3:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, November 5, 2015, at which time and place proposers’ names will be publicly read aloud. Late submittals will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to postpone the due date for its own convenience. Proposals are considered received when in the possession of the Purchasing Division at the due date and time. All questions are to be directed to Keri Bright, CPPB, Purchasing Analyst. All questions shall be in writing and due on Friday, October 23, 2015 at 11:30 a.m., phone 248.841.2538; fax 248.608.8178; brightk@rochesterhills.org at which time a response will be prepared and forwarded to all vendors as an amendment, or an addendum to the proposal, if such information would be of significance to uninformed proposers. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered.
