Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to establish a contract for On Call Painting Services at various City owned buildings for a one (1) year period. The City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for an additional one (1) year period. The Vendor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, supplies, necessary insurance, expertise, trades, supervision and competent, suitable and qualified personnel to perform the work required.
