RFP-RH-11-063 - On-Call Architectural Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is seeking architectural and related services for City facilities to serve in an on-call capacity. The term of the contract is 1-year with options to renew. 

The objective of the proposal is to select a qualified architectural firm to provide full service, architectural services on an as-needed basis. On-call services shall be provided for select capital building projects, except road, bridge, intersection and water/sewer projects, to very small projects that include building repairs or renovations in specific areas. The successful firm will become an integral team member for all aspects of project development, implementation and oversight. The selected firm will supervise and manage the progress of each project to satisfactory completion.
