The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from qualified firms to clean out the Oil Interceptor and 3 Hoists located at the Department of Public Services Building. The awarded contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and required trades to perform the work.

A Voluntary Walk-Through will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at City of Rochester Hills Department of Public Services Garage, 511 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307 to become familiar with the premises specified, provide a forum for questions/answers and the work to be performed according to the contract and specifications. The Walk-Through will be the only time available for vendors to gain access to the building. Contractors not in attendance at the Walk-Through will still be eligible to quote on this project. The deadline for questions will be Friday, June 6, 2025 at 11:30 a.m.; questions received after this date and time will not be considered. All questions are to be in writing directed to Amber Beauchamp, Procurement Analyst, by email at beauchampa@rochesterhills.org.
