Request for Public Bid Rochester Avon Recreation Authority (RARA) will be seeking public bids for the remodeling of a new sports and recreation facility at 480 East Second Street in Rochester, MI. Bid documents will be available at the link below, beginning December 19th, 2016. All bids must be received sealed at Cunningham-Limp’s Office by 1:00 PM on January 3rd, 2017.
