Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified companies to provide all necessary labor, equipment and personnel to perform mold remediation at a City owned facility. Initial air testing samples have been taken, a written protocol for remediation has been provided to the City, and additional air testing samples will be taken after the remediation has been completed. The company that provided the sampling and protocol will not be providing the clean-up. Avon Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 to become familiar with the premises specified, provide a forum for questions/answers and the work to be performed according to the contract and specifications, and for contractors to obtain a copy of the written protocol remediation report. The deadline for questions will be at the conclusion of the Mandatory Walk-Through. ATTENDANCE AT THE WALK-THROUGH IS MANDATORY IN ORDER TO SUBMIT A QUOTE.
