Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified companies for a three (3) year blanket purchase order for the purchase of miscellaneous election supplies as needed. Types of supplies can include, but are not limited to: “I Voted” Stickers, Thermal Paper, Name Tags, Badge Holders, Lanyards, and other election supplies and equipment. The City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for an additional two-year terms providing all terms and conditions remain the same. Pricing is for FOB Destination, City of Rochester Hills, Clerks Departments, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, unless other arrangements have been made.
