Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations for the purchase of miscellaneous color printer supplies for a one (1) year period, with an option to renew for one (1) additional year. The City of Rochester Hills has numerous locations throughout the City that will be serviced under this quotation. The Vendor will be required to deliver their products to each of these locations on an as-needed basis. Cost includes delivery to various City owned buildings located in Rochester Hills and to various Departments located at the Rochester Hills Municipal Building. The City reserves the right to split or abstract any or all quotations and award multiple contracts for the same quotation, based on price, availability and service when, in its judgment, best serves the City of Rochester Hills; therefore, it is not necessary that you provide pricing for every item. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Vendors are specifically directed to not contact other City staff; unauthorized contact of any City Department employee may result in rejection of submittal. It shall be the proposer’s responsibility to make inquiry as to changes or addenda issued. All such changes or addenda shall become a part of the contract and all proposers shall be bound by such changes or addenda. Addendums will be posted on the MITN system.
