The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified and experienced firms to provide printing, addressing and mailing services for the City of Rochester Hills Clerk consisting of various election forms and envelopes for a one-year term; the City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for one additional 1-year period. Various sample copies are attached; originals can be viewed at the Purchasing Division.
